Friendly service, nice boats in great location on Lake Como
We twice went boating on boats from Varenna Rent-A-Boat and both times really enjoyed. The rental company is run by a father and his sons, they are friendly, service-minded and always happy to help. In addition, Varenna is a great place to start your tour as it is pretty much perfectly in the middle of the lake, so you can go anywhere you like and get a good view of all that Lake Como has to offer. Great experience!

Loved it!
My husband emailed them in the morning and we were able to hire a boat that afternoon! Very impressed by how quick they replied. Great service, boat was very good and well maintained. It’s an awesome way to see Lake Como, and very fun getting to take the boat ourselves. Recommend this to everyone but especially this company!

Great experience! The staff was very friendly and the boats are in a perfect condition.
We took a boat for a 2 hours trip which is enough time if you don’t want to stop for a jump into the water.

Wonderful way to explore and view the area - reserve one and arrive early to avoid stress from difficulty parking
We rented a six person boat for an hour and were very satisfied. Staff were super friendly. Boat was immaculate. An hour was plenty but two would have been a little better. This area is just gorgeous. If you don’t have a reservation then better be there early since availability of boats and parking (up at the station) will be a problem. We were lucky. I would recommend making a reservation.

We have driven all over Lake Como and have visited many wonderful places.
Nothing compares to seeing all of the villages by boat. The 1st time we went out for 2 hrs. It was so incredible we went again the following week for 4 hrs.
Roberto and Federiko (father and son) have beautiful boats, and give you the instructions you require to take the boat out. They are there to greet you when you return and truly care that you had a nice time. There is a map of the lake on the boat and depending on how long you are going to be out, they can suggest how to best use your time and where to go.
I cant say enough about how nice these gentlemen are and what a terrific time we had both times we we out. Don’t miss this opportunity.
